Important Shipping Information

Double-Check Your Address: Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for delays or lost packages if incorrect information is provided.

Order Processing Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs and Import Info

Heads-Up on Customs Delays: Some countries, like Canada, Australia, the UK, and parts of Europe, have tightened customs procedures. Because of this, international deliveries may take a little longer. These delays are outside of our control, and we aren’t able to speed them up.

Final Delivery: Once your package arrives in your country, your local customs and postal services take over. Any extra delays from customs are managed by your local authorities, not Vitalbound.
