At VitalBound, we stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to feel confident with every purchase. While we aim to deliver every order in perfect condition, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Here's how we handle returns, refunds, and order problems:

30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products, starting from the date your package is marked as delivered.

We accept returns for eligible, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless there’s a quality issue (see below).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, we’ve got your back. You’re eligible for a free replacement or a store credit in the following cases: 

  • Wrong product or label shipped 
  • Expired product
  • Broken inner seal or leakage (unopened product only)
  • Tracking never updated or delivery failed (within 30 days for U.S. orders)

To request a reship or store credit:

  • Email support@vitalbound.co with your order number
  • Attach photos of the issue (e.g. wrong item, damaged seal, expiration date)
  • Let us know if you prefer a reship or store credit

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Products returned without prior approval

Refunds (If Applicable)

If your request is approved and we agree to issue a refund instead of store credit, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for eligible items, please email us at support@vitalbound.co with your order number and the reason for return. Do not send your product back until you receive return instructions and a return authorization from our team.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable service when returning products.

Return Address

Please contact us first before sending any product back. Return addresses vary by location and are only provided after your request is approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive the package, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier first. We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we’re happy to help with a replacement at a discounted rate.
