Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing VitalBound! We aim to deliver your supplements quickly and securely from our U.S. fulfillment center.

Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

  • USPS Domestic: 3–7 business days (average).
  • UPS Domestic: 2–5 business days (average).

International Orders:

  • GlobalPost: 10–14 business days.
  • UPS Worldwide: 10–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and can vary due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Please note: the delivery time estimates below begin after your order has been fulfilled.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or GlobalPost. The carrier is selected automatically at checkout based on your location and delivery speed.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates.

Important Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Customs & Import Fees: For international orders, local customs or duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Holiday Delays: During major U.S. holidays, processing and shipping may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or GlobalPost).

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re happy to assist with reshipments when possible.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international countries. We do not ship to U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or sanctioned countries.

Certain items may be restricted from international shipping due to local regulations. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
