At Vitalbound, your happiness is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order — no stress, no hassle.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Same Condition: Items must be unworn or unused, with original tags still attached.

Original Packaging: Please include all original packaging, accessories, and any included materials.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Note: Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Only regularly priced items qualify.

How to Start a Return

Returning an item is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@vitalbound.com to request a return. We’ll send you a return shipping label and guide you through the process.

2. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and send it back using the instructions we provide. Please note, items returned without first contacting us won’t be accepted.

3. Receive Your Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping and Fees


If you decide to return an item, here’s what you need to know:

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to cover processing and restocking costs.

International Orders: For international returns, a 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be deducted as required by law.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges and any shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

Example:

If you return a $100 item:

Restocking Fee = $10

GST (for international orders) = $15

Total charges = $25

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at hello@vitalbound.com. Please include your order number.

After 24 Hours: If more than 24 hours have passed, your order may already be processed or shipped. You’ll need to follow the return process once your order arrives.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style?

Simply return your original item following the return process and place a new order for the item you want.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods (like food or flowers)

Custom or personalized items

Beauty and personal care products

Hazardous materials (like flammable liquids or gases)

Gift cards

Final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us right away at hello@vitalbound.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Special Note for European Union Customers

If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, no questions asked.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Timing

Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
